How do I repair a Techbench device that is not physically damaged?

To repair a Techbench USB drive that is not physically damaged (will not launch, has been formatted, or similar):
  1. Insert your Techbench USB drive into a computer
  2. Backup any accessible data
  3. Format the drive using Windows FAT32
  4. Create a Malwarebytes’ Business Support ticket at: http://www.malwarebytes.org/support/business/contact/
  5. A Malwarebytes’ representative will provide you with a .zip folder
  6. Extract the .zip folder to your Techbench USB
  7. Launch Techbench, then follow the steps to reactivate your license
  8. If unsuccessful, follow the steps to submit an RMA request
